Saint & Sweden Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Saint & Sweden website and your purchase of products from our online store.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment.

If we cancel an order or portion of an order after payment has been received, we will refund the canceled portion through the original payment method, subject to applicable law and the terms of our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment. If the order has already shipped, you may need to receive it and follow the procedures in our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in this section limits any cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.

6. Shipping and Returns

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may result from inventory issues, backorders, fulfillment processing, carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
