We work with a trusted third-party wholesaler to fulfill our orders and strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible.
In-Stock Items
All in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 24–72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed.
Temporary Stock Delays- Wholesaler Fulfillment & Backorders
We partner with Kalalou Wholesale to fulfill many of our products. While we do our best to keep inventory accurate, availability is determined by the wholesaler at the time the order is processed.
If an item is temporarily out of stock or placed on backorder by our wholesaler, shipment may be delayed until the item is restocked. Backordered items may take several weeks to ship, depending on the wholesaler’s restock timeline.
In the event of a temporary stock issue, we will notify you as soon as possible with updated shipping information or available options, which may include waiting for restock, selecting an alternative item of equal value, or receiving a refund.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on shipping method, destination, and carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
